The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is investigating Jeep Wranglers following reports of a possible fire risk.
According to The Toledo Blade, the NHTSA investigation is focusing on 2007-2008 model year Wranglers with automatic transmissions. The possible Jeep Wrangler defect under investigation could affect as many as 220,000 vehicles. Such investigations can lead to recalls, the Toledo Blade said. (more…)
